Re: Pixel Grouping
Hi Nathan, I would like to make a few annonations: - Pixel grouping still uses the same number of channels for the MADRIX NEBULA as without grouping, i.e. the maximum number of LEDs of the NEBULA to be controlled cannot be exceeded. - Nevertheless we will check to what extent a hardware-side "p...

Re: Flood in secondary network card
Hi deadbeef, The network card being used is determined by the set IP addresses in the Art-Net tab of the "Device Manager" in MADRIX 5. It seems that the issue here was, that some of the MADRIX NEBULAs weren't active (not available) in the network. This causes the Windows operating system t...

Furthermore all required drivers will be automatically installed with the MADRIX 5 installation. Therefore please send us an e-mail (to info[at]madrix[dot]com) with the serial number of the MADR...

Re: Pixel Grouping
Hi DLG, You could create a corresponding fixture with the "Fixture Editor", in your case the fixture would consist of 6 pixels. If you add this fixture to your patch, those 6 pixels would act as one. But this won't "save" you channels. Since you are using SPI fixtures it is not p...

Re: autostart video when scene is acticve
Hi fred_dev. Thank you for your report. Unfortunately there seems to be an issue within the SCE Videoeffect. That means this is not the normal behavior. We will hand it over to the software developers. "Can I link functions with midi in the background?" 1) Yes, here you can learn how to us...

Re: Simultaneously Control Independent Groups
Hi Quinton, We will add tutorials regarding this topic in the near future. Re: Multiple NIC config for artnet
Hi fred_dev, If you use the same IP address range for both network cards/NICs, Windows will only use one network card to send the data (it is an operating system related issue). That means you will need to configure different IP address ranges for each network card. For example: 2.1.0.0 / 255.255.0....
