When I'm stacking up layers of effects and the space taken up by the effects layers tabs exceeds the amount of room on the panel, there is no effective way to "scroll" left and right along the effects tabs. This makes it really annoying to navigate through the effects layers on complex patches.
My workaround is to click on the sliver of visible tab on the right hand side of the stack to scroll right, and then click on the "Layer" button on the left to move all the way back to the left-most tab. This offers no granularity, however, and wouldn't work with really large stacks of effect layers. Please add scroll left/right buttons

You can easily scroll through the layers when the layer bar has the focus (click on a layer) and using the mouse wheel or the left and right cursor keys or the up and down cursor keys of the keyboard.
