3D Tube Help

I have Luna using 14 Universes. I am having connectivity issues. All of the tubes stay multicolor. I have set the ip, all universes on, and have set the 3D Matrix . When I send signale a few of them blink but stays multicolor . I’m trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong.

I am sorry to hear about these issues.
Could you please answer a couple of questions:
– Which kind of fixtures are you using?
– Which controller are you using to send data to the MADRIX LUNA? Is it the MADRIX Software?
– Have you checked that all DMX addresses are correctly set in your controller/sender?
– Have you checked that all DMX addresses are correctly set for your DMX tubes? Often, tubes need to be set with a DMX address writer.
