Compatibility with old Led Screen MM5451BV - Micrel

Hi All,
i have a bunch of older LED-Screens from an old German brand laying around, waiting to be used
The Problem, i have no software to control it. Is it possible to Control the MM5451BV Chip, which is used on the led Module to control 35 outputs, whith each output driving 4 only yellow leds, with the Nebula? The Module has a Data and Clock Input and runs on 12 Volts.
