The red color on the entire grid MADRIX DVI OUT

Hello! Help me please, mother of the power cord madrix not lost: (I MADRIX DVI OUT ..... Madriksovskie interfaces are connected via a twisted-pair Gigabit .. now when you turn the whole diode grid in red ... how to compress the twisted couple, and how to overcome this red color on the entire grid?

Hi Fr3nk,
For DVI output, you need a MADRIX KEY that supports DVI, such as MADRIX KEY dvi start, MADRIX KEY dvi, MADRIX KEY professional, or MADRIX KEY ultimate.
If you are using a MADRIX interface, such as the MADRIX NEO or MADRIX PLEXUS, they will not activate DVI output. Their license will enable DMX-based output, such as DMX512 or Art-Net.
So if no correct license is activated through a MADRIX product, DVI output will be restricted to demo mode. In demo mode a large rotating and colorful cross is displayed on top of the DVI output.
On the other, maybe there is a misconfiguration of the DVI hardware or the MADRIX software.
