MADRIX AURA - Device is constantly restarting or not working as expected

Possible reasons for the issues:
- Power is fed via a USB hub to the devices. Many other USB devices are also connected to the same USB hub. The voltage drops below 5 V, which is the minimum voltage.
- An 5V external power supply is in use, but in reality the voltage is below 5V (for example 4,6V).

Possible solutions:
- Since the voltage coming from a USB hub could be too low, it could cause the device to constantly restart once the built-in network switch becomes active (data is sent).
- The solution could be to use an external power supply with the correct output voltage.
- If the voltage coming from an external power supply is below 5 V, simply change it or use a power supply with a higher voltage (up to 24V).
- In any case it is recommended to measure the output voltage from the power supply using a multimeter before bringing the devices into operation.
- It is also recommended to only use the USB connection for firmware updates or file up- and downloads to eliminate the possibility of insufficient power supply.
